Return Policy

We want our customers of The Goody Basket to be completely satisfied with their purchases.  Our company has a no cash refund "exchange only" return policy for all purchases.  We will be happy to exchange your product for another of equal or lesser value that is to your satisfaction.

The customer is responsible for all return freight charges and sales taxes where applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments.  For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to our company through major parcel carriers that offer tracking information.
